P. Thomas Chester – Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President

A graduate of Ohio University, Mr. Chester received his degree in electrical engineering. However, knowing his passion and creativity was in business and marketing, he began his career in financial services and received numerous awards for outstanding performance including Top Rookie, Hall of Fame, and member of the Million Dollar Round Table for six consecutive years. After learning and implementing the power of management cloning and differentiation, Mr. Chester was recruited by the CEO of Allstate Life to become the Chief Marketing Officer of Surety Life, a member company of the Allstate, Sears organization. Mr. Chester then implemented key marketing programs for Surety Life that broke “all time growth records” in results including: 700 to 38,000 agents, 3 to 15 billion in face amount sales, #400 to #16 in U.L. sales in national ranking within the industry in four short years and was then elected President of Surety Life and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Chester was then named Chief Marketing Officer of ING’s broker division of the USA, Southland Life. Under his leadership the ING affiliate entered the variable and fixed index markets and again broke “all time records” in sales and new representatives throughout the USA. Mr. Chester was subsequently named Chief Marketing Officer and Director of International Expansion of a large international marketing organization that recruited over 200,000 independent representatives in ten years, appointing over 12,000 duly licensed Life and Security representatives that ranked as the 4th largest U.S.A. Broker-Dealer. Mr. Chester also established and managed substantial growth markets in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
